"Heather has the patience of a SAINT. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and such a strong advocate for her clients. She went up against the underwriting department and customer service on my behalf when they made a horrible mistake and undenounced to me canceled my coverage in error because they misplaced my documents. She was on them constantly until they rectified the situation for my auto insurance which was truly a blessing because less than 1 week later I was in a car accident and my car was totaled but she made sure my claim was handle properly.
